About The Role
Here at LloydsPharmacy we are looking for a Retail Manager to join an amazing, supportive team in our Slough store. The store is in a great location with easy access to the local train station and bus station. As the Retail Manager you will drive the performance of the pharmacy team – ensuring they deliver a highly efficient dispensing service and achieve exceptional levels of patient safety and customer care. If have a background in retail management and are keen to share your expertise, then this role is for you!

About You
We’re looking for someone who’s eager to share their expertise, inspire their team and drive a continuous learning culture to constantly improve your pharmacy and put our customers first. You will have previous experience as a manager in a retail setting and be a Qualified Dispenser or willing to train as a Dispenser.
