Key Responsibilities
The role involves:
- Collecting and analysing data on the Central London retail market, including other key Global cities, and European Hotel markets.
- Writing market reports and carrying out analyses of the data for individuals throughout Savills and for our clients.
- The individual will also support the day-to-day business of the Research department and the National Office Agency leasing and Investment teams.
Key Skills
The ability to draw conclusions from the analysis of data and articulate them in an accessible manner.- A degree in Real Estate, Economics or Geography, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Must have an aptitude for quantitative techniques and an analytical approach to completing tasks.
- Previous experience in commercial property research would be welcome, but is not essential
- IT literate with a proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- A confident telephone manner.
- Self-motivated with an ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with data.
