Our talent agents are scouting for the latest stars to join our phenomenal cast. We’re looking for a Retail Host to join our busy, hard-working and exciting team at the hottest celebrity attraction in Town. If you are outgoing & enthusiastic, energetic & brimming with creative ideas, we want you to join our team! Taking ownership of your work, can you turn your hand to providing top class interactive customer service, suggesting a perfect purchase, ensuring that our retail areas are fully stocked and operating tills, all whilst being on your feet all day?
This is a Full Time Fixed Term Seasonal Role. Due to the nature of Madame Tussauds, you must be available on weekends and bank holidays.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for the following skills and experience;
- Strong customer service skills
- Passion and drive to upsell key Madame Tussauds products and surpass set sales targets
- Demonstrable experience of working to a high standard in a pressurised environment ideally within the retail, hospitality or the entertainments industry
- Reliable
- Team player
- Ensure that you are consistently delivering a service that goes beyond our set KPI targets
