Job description
High Kelling Post Office & Stores are looking to hire a new member of the team to work in the Shop serve customers and Cafe customers. Our shop now offers a large and growing selection of convenience, food, gift and homewares as well as a new and popular cafe.
You will be responsible for:
- Serving shop and cafe customers
- Preparing drinks, snacks, and baked goods.
- Managing ingredients and stock. Putting away deliveries, stock rotation, date labelling.
- Working with local suppliers
- Stock replenishment
- Opening and closing the shop
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and great customer services skills. Ideally they will have previous retail experience and cafe experience. If you have a passion for food and hospitality there's endless opportunity here.
This role is specifically for weekends - Saturday 8 - 5pm, and Sunday 8-4pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £10.50 per hour
