Retail Assistant - Nights Neath, Wales
Job description
We are recruiting for a Sales Assistant to work Nights 11pm to 7am at Shell Swansea Bay. Working for 4 nights per week (4 nights on, 4 nights off), plus help covering other shifts when staff are on holiday.
Rotas organised 4 weeks in advance so you will always know when you are working and you can enjoy planning things outside of work around your working schedule!
We are looking for someone who is friendly, energetic and passionate about giving great customer service and always willing to learn and progress within the company.
The ability to work efficiently and effectively both alone as well as working in a team is also required.
Ideally you will have previous customer service or retail experience.
Duties will include:
- Cash Handling
- Excellent customer service
- Maintaining Store standards/Cleaning
- Stock Replenishment
Up to £500 (pro rata) retention bonus for Night Shift workers payable 31/3/23
There are bonus schemes along with holiday pay.
Comprehensive training, and uniform is provided.
Due to the sale of age related products applicants must be aged 18 or over.
