Retail Assistant Manager – Thornbury, Bristol
Salary: £10.52 per hour - £11,487 per annum
Hours: 21 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a Part-Time Retail Assistant Manager, to support the Manager in our established charity shop in Thornbury, Bristol.
This is a part-time position working 21 hours a week over three days. The role will require Sunday and Bank Holiday working and will also include covering days off and holidays, including weekends. The ideal candidate will have great people skills and enjoy working in a busy environment. There is also the possibility to accrue more working hours, by working at other Break charity shops within the area.
This is a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
Great customer service skills are essential to maximise the shop’s income, and you’ll need a good eye for sourcing and merchandising stock. You will be helping to manage a team of volunteers and staff, so leadership skills are a must, as well as an understanding of a retail environment and handling cash.
