Working in our retail stores will require flexibility as shift patterns will vary week to week. For this role you will need to be flexible and available to work 4 days a week, including weekends.

Essential criteria:

• 
  Have a Customer first attitude and approach to working

• Self-motivated and willing to work alone or as part of a team

• Experience with troubleshooting and dealing with customer queries and complaints

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Competent at using a till and handling card and cash transactions

• Reliable and Punctual

• Willingness to learn and keep up to date knowledge on vaping products
