OI PEASANTS! WE’RE RECRUITING… Ever fancied being part of the scariest and funniest journey through London’s darkest past? Well now you can as we’re currently on the lookout for Retail Assistants to join the rest of our Dungeon dwellers.
This is a permanent role, offering a minimum of 25hours per week. Our attractions are open daily and so full flexibility is needed as shifts will include weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
What we are looking for
- A guest obsessed teammate who isn’t afraid to proactively approach hundreds of guests
- A sense of salesmanship and ability to up sell all merchandise
- Previous customer service experience within the retail, hospitality, or entertainments sector (training provided)
- Knowledge of working within strict health & safety procedures and willing to undergo training
- Knowledge of challenge 25 procedures (if working in our Tavern)
You’ll be delivering a friendly, courteous, efficient, and helpful service to our guests always, providing beverages to all attraction guests in our Tavern experience, as well as actively maximising visitor spends through product knowledge and effective up selling of merchandise. Please note that to keep the experience authentic this role will require you to wear a costume if working in the Dungeons.
There are times where we may also need you to rotate between the tills and shop floor over at Shrek’s Adventure! London. So you’ll not only be interacting with our guests on their journey to Far, Far Away but also serving them drinks on their way to Traitors Gate to have their heads chopped off (just a little different ‘ey).
