What you'll be doing...


An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Retail Assistant to join our Retail Team at McArthurGlen.

You will be joining an amazing team and experiencing a fast-paced environment where every day brings something new.

As a Retail Assistant, you will be in charge of supporting the Centre Management Team to maximise the retail performance of stores providing support in analytical work and meeting preparation, as well as general brand management administration and activities.

This role also consists of:
  • Supporting the Retail Team in the process of annual budget planning, rental analysis, monthly forecasting and investor reporting.
  • Providing the Retail Managers with all the relevant retail data and performance information to ensure that information remains up to date and accurate and relevant parties are well informed.
  • Monitoring performance and preparing different retail analysis, e.g. store performance or competitor analysis.

To be successful you’ll bring...

  • Some Retail experience preferred or a role where analytical skills are key
  • Ability to communicate with individuals and groups at all levels of the business
  • Able to build relationships across the team and with brand partners
  • IT skills: Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; able to create and amend presentations
  • Able to work different shifts to support the needs of the business including some weekend days where required
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
