What we are looking for
- Loads of experience working in a customer facing environment
- Retail experience (desirable)
- Friendly and outgoing with a "can do" demeanour
- A confident communicator who loves to interact with people of all ages
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
- Available to work weekends and bank holidays
In this varied role you will be the first point of contact for our guests, offering a warm welcome into our LEGO store. Whether selling a memento of our guests amazing experience or supporting them to stock up on LEGO related goodies, answering any questions guests may have.
You’ll go out of your way to ensure our guests have a fun, educational and exciting visit. But also, asking for feedback on their visit and using sales skills and techniques to upsell and promote our products.
This is a fixed-term position offering a minimum of 5 hours per week. Shifts will include weekends, bank holidays and peak holiday seasons. Including the Christmas period.
