We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, answering their questions, helping them find the products they need, and providing advice or recommendations when necessary. The Retail Sales Associate will also be responsible for stocking shelves, processing payments, and keeping the store clean and organized. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and retail sales.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting items that meet their needs.
- Answer customer questions about products and services.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Operate cash registers, scanners, and other related equipment.
- Stock shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
