Our Customer Service Champions must offer a friendly welcoming environment for all our guests and make sure that our service station is always a happy, clean and safe place.
Above everything, you must enjoy helping customers to have a great experience by delivering a high level of customer service.
We are looking for a someone who will bring a friendly and fun-loving welcome to our customers.
Hours include a variety of 6am starts and evening shifts finishing at 10pm
Responsibilities Include:
· Providing Outstanding Customer service.
· Managing point of sale processes.
· Ensure the premises are well presented, adhering to all expected standards.
· Maintaining a fully stocked store. Inc, facing forward and stock rotation on all items.
· Recommending and displaying stock that matches our customer’s needs.
· Money Handling
· Being a lone worker
· Manual Handling

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
