Job title: Retail Assistant
Location: Barton Arcade, Deansgate, Manchester M3 2BH
Hours: 15 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday. Potential to pick up further shifts depending on availability
Shifts:
Saturdays: 10:00am – 18:30pm
Sundays: 10:30am – 17:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all stock duties; goods incoming, stock counting, checking, labelling, replenishing and sorting
- Delivering great customer service
- Processing a till, handling cash
About you:
- Friendly, enthusiastic, empathetic and keen to help our customers with great customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to go the extra mile for our customers
- A basic knowledge of football’s teams and brands is desirable
- Previous experience in a retail environment is desirable
- Punctual, flexible and reliable
