The Responsibilities

We ensure that service is at the heart of everything we do, you'll build fantastic relationships with our customers, giving them expert knowledge and ensuring they leave feeling immensely satisfied, having encountered the utmost outstanding customer service experience.

We are looking for confident and energetic Sales Advisors to facilitate sales in every possible way. You will greet every customer that enters the site and provide them with exceptional customer service; through understanding the customer need, providing product knowledge, leading them to a particular product range, following up on orders or suggesting related or complementary products to enhance the customer's experience.

You will also be expected to maintain stock levels and displays, including unpacking new stock, cleaning and merchandising and provide support in other areas of the business when needed.
