We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, helping customers find the right products, and ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide customers with product information and answer any questions they may have.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Organise the store and ensure that it is clean and presentable at all times.
- Assist customers in locating merchandise.
- Process payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
- Answer phones courteously and promptly.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.42-£14.00 per hour
