The Opportunity

We are looking for a Retail and Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Chiswick Park, reporting into the Product Central leader.

The hours for this role will be from 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday

Your Impact

• To retrieve items from within own specialised area of inventory for on air and other media presentation ensuring quality is of the highest standard.

• To be the point of contact for all prepared products for specialised inventory area.

• Determine and manage specialised area of inventory, maintaining optimum levels of stock.

• Process inbound products into the warehouse ensuring both availability and integrity of stock. Maintaining a high level of accuracy and completion in a timely manner.

• Report all stock discrepancies relating to own specialised area, taking appropriate action to resolve and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.

• Interact with other departments to advise and assist implementation of recommended processes to improve stock control.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will have the following essentials:

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and/or retail operation

• GCSE’s or equivalent qualifications in Mathematics and English

• PC skills
