As a Repairs Advisor, you be an excellent first point of contact for our customers reporting repair related enquiries. You will also be dealing with maintenance related enquiries through a range of channels ensuring the highest levels of customer service and a first line resolution is achieved.
We are happy to offer hybrid working with this role; You will be required to be in the office for around 2/3 days per week with the rest being from home, however please bear in mind we may need you to be in the office more within your probation and training. It's important to us that you feel fully ready and confident in the role before working from home. Of course if you'd prefer to be in the office more, then that is completely fine with us too!
Your responsibilities...
- Receive, process and raise repairs requests from customers, staff, external stakeholders and other outside agencies by a variety of means.
- Raise works to and liaise with Managing Agents is relation to New Build properties including dealing with customer queries in relation to defects.
- Book appointments through the contractors work scheduling software.
- Provide accurate information to customers, within agreed performance and quality frameworks.
- Liaise with contractors, external agencies and internal partners to enable an accurate first time response to our customers.
- Collect, record, maintain and report data intelligently using appropriate systems/methods in accordance with GDPR regulations.
- Identify vulnerability or other extenuating circumstances in customers, update system and circulate to appropriate areas.

- Knowledge of a customer driven environment.
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
- Experience of working within a team.
- Communicates effectively and customer focused.
- Ability to diagnose problems.
