Are you a e-Commerce Account Manager, native French or fluent in French language?


An Account Manager in Retail e-commerce with a background building key partnerships and relationships with some of the largest retailers across France?


A Retail Account Manager focussed on delivering retailer content across e-commerce and digital channels?


Full time, permanent

Salary: competitive + bonus, benefits

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Location: Hybrid - Farringdon EC1 / Remote


The Retail Account Manager at Flixmedia works closely with the Senior Account Manager, supporting the day-to-day operation of delivering Flixmedia content to some of the largest retailers in France including (but not exclusive to): Darty/FNAC FR, Auchan FR, Carrefour FR, Euronics Group, Boulanger, CDiscount.


The role of Retail Account Manager is responsible for

  • Building partnerships with retailers that strengthen relationships & deliver services for a multitude of brands
  • Creating opportunities in new product verticals from key retailer relationships
  • Promoting and implementing additional services to key retailers
  • Onboarding new retailers
  • Engagement with internal stakeholders to maximise programme growth
  • Liaising with retailers on the resolution of support tickets


Key skills and attributes required
  • Account management background in software services (SaaS) and selling to retailers
  • Be fluent in French and English (other languages advantageous)
  • Demonstrate a passion for technology and its use in driving revenue, client satisfaction and efficiency
  • Strong communication
  • Proactive attitude and initiative
  • Strong self-discipline and time management skills
  • Ability to inspire others and form relationships
