1. KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER:
Wingers are now looking for Kitchen Team Members for our up-and-coming site in
Worcester!
We are an exciting new, up and coming fried chicken brand that originated at the start of lockdown. We have gradually built our reputation a point where we are one of the most respected takeaway brands in the local area. We run a simple menu and operation which allows us to maximise our quality and service, creating a #TOP-
NOTCH experience for our customers. We cannot do any of this without an enthusiastic team in our kitchens to create this experience.
You will respond to orders in a timely fashion ensuring that you have prepared the best quality food for our customers. You will play a part in making sure that food safety and health & safety standards are being met.
Your role is to make sure you can prepare the food for our customers to the best standards that we set out from the start. You will follow the correct procedures whether its prep, cooking, customer service, cleaning or Health and Safety.
Our ideal Kitchen Team Member should actively work alongside their peers in a fast- paced environment where on some occasions, under pressure during a busy service.
A Team Member should be a team player so, working well with your manager and fellow teammates is essential.

2. FOH TEAM MEMBER
Wingers are now looking for Front of House Team Members for our up-and-coming site in Worcester!
We are an exciting new, up and coming fried chicken brand that originated at the start of lockdown. We have gradually built our reputation a point where we are one of the most respected takeaway brands in the local area. We run a simple menu and operation which allows us to maximise our quality and service, creating a #TOP-
NOTCH experience for our customers. We cannot do any of this without an enthusiastic team to create this experience.
Our ideal candidate should be a welcoming and highly motivated person that can be a team player. Confidence is important when working FOH, if you are not the most confident individual, we can help you. Engaging with more and more customers helps you understand how to deal with different people, giving you more ideas on how to deal with many different situations. Our working environment can be fast paced at times, we need people that can handle this pressure and can think on their feet.
You job role will mainly involve taking orders from customers and putting them through our EPOS systems before they are passed onto the kitchen team. You will be serving customers, packing takeaway orders, dispensing drinks. It is essential that
FOH members are to use their initiative and find something to do if they are not serving any customers. Tasks such as clearing tables, sweeping the floors, cleaning workstations, filling in our staff checklists and so on…
Finally, and most importantly, looking after our customers is a top priority, we want to give them the best possible experience. Keeping an eye on their needs or any queries they have will be the main factor in achieving all of this.
