The Social Dough Company is seeking reliable, team orientated and friendly Team Members. Team Members will be required to assist with all aspects of food service operations, follow in house policies and procedures to meet with all health and safety standards and make sure customers receive the highest quality pizza and service when visiting us. From the very start you will be involved with various aspects and must be willing, hardworking, and be fully prepared to get stuck in. All pizza training will be provided, and no prior pizza experience is necessary, just a passion for food and willingness to learn! Although Team Members will normally carry out duties within their designated section, they may be required to carry out both front of house tasks and back of house tasks from time to time. Primary responsibilities include: • Carrying out basic food hygiene tasks. • Assisting, within your competence, with the preparation and cooking of Pizzas in line with company quality standards. • Ensuring customer requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently. • Provide a level of service that exceeds customer expectations. • Responding appropriately to customer preferences and complaints. • Ensure total guest satisfaction is achieved. • Receiving and confirming bookings via our internal software as well as walk-ins. • Mixing and pouring beverages as needed in line with company quality standards. • Making and assembling food dishes in line with company quality standards. • Waiting tables in an organised, efficient, and attentive. • Clearing glassware, silverware and crockery from guest’s tables and re-laying tables for the next guests. • Clearing and reporting on crockery/glassware breakages. • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and quality in the restaurant, bar and kitchen at all times. • To be aware of all relevant emergency and evacuation procedures. Shift Leaders Managers will be required to manage all aspects of food service operations, follow in house policies and procedures to meet with all health and safety standards and make sure customers receive the highest quality pizza and service when visiting us.

All training will be provided, and no prior pizza or hospitality experience is necessary, just a passion for food a knack for service and a willingness to learn!
Shift Leaders could be required to carry out both front of house, back of house and basic kitchen tasks from time to time.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Overseeing Team Members carry out their duties.
- Carrying out basic food hygiene tasks.
- Assisting, within your competence, with the preparation and cooking of pizzas in line with company quality standards.
- Ensuring customer requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
- Provide a level of service that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
- Responding appropriately to customer preferences and complaints.
- Ensuring total guest satisfaction
- Receiving and confirming bookings via our internal software as well as walk-ins and telephone bookings.
- Mixing and pouring and making hot and cold beverages as needed in line with company quality standards.
- Making and assembling food dishes in line with company quality standards.
- Waiting tables in an organised, efficient, and attentive manner.
- Clearing glassware, silverware and crockery from guest’s tables and re-laying tables.
- Clearing and reporting on crockery/glassware breakages and food and drink waste.
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and quality in the restaurant, bar and kitchen at all times.
- To be aware of all relevant emergency and evacuation procedures.
- Completion of opening and closing checklists.
