We are a social food, families, friends, colleagues it’s all about sharing the FLAVOUR love!*What qualities does a Shift Manager need to join a Wingstop Delivery Kitchen?*Unlike a traditional restaurant, a delivery kitchen is a fast – paced commercial kitchen unit that only produces food for delivery. It contains the kitchen equipment and facilities needed to prepare food but has no dining area for guests.

• We’d prefer you have had 6 - 12 months of supervisory or management experience from a hospitality, leisure, or retail background
• You are customer and teams focused and excited by the opportunity to deliver a FLAVOUR experience unlike any other
• You're a strong, commercially aware leader to drive your performance on shift and inspire your team to meet our customers’ needs
• You'll have a true passion for our amazing food, and you'll bring our flavours to life and inspire your team to do the same to Wingstop’s standards
• Drive to step in the General Managers absence
• Being responsible for the day to day running of shifts.
• Play an important role in people development, training, and coaching
• Being responsible for high standards of cleanliness across the restaurant
