We are on the lookout for outstanding Receptionists with bags of personality and energy. Applicants must be able to think on their feet, solve problems and inspire their teams and have a willingness to learn and grow into our family. Great rate of pay with good in house incentives. A love and passion for Italian food and culture a plus!
You will be the face of our venue and together with ensuring smooth greeting and seating of guests you will be responsible for managing every aspect of the guests journey; before, during and after they visit us.
- Delivering a very high standard of guest service, every day
- Learning and applying food and beverage knowledge to your guests
- Fulfilling your part in a very close team
- Adopting a never say no mentality to guest requests
- Showing a passion for Italian culture
- Completing a rigorous training and development program
- Achieving high scores in all audits such as Mystery Diner and cleaning
- Having the passion and drive to grow in your career in hospitality
- Exceeding your guests expectations each and every time they visit us
- Working alongside other departments to support the General Manager
- Adhering to all health and food safety company policies
- Beating the targets are set out for you and your team
- Ensuring guest feedback is always positive and turning any unlikely complaints into compliments
Essential Skills and Experience:
- - Knowledge and a passion for Italian food, beverage and culture

- - Experience in a similar premium, fast paced bar and restaurant environment
- - Experience in training, developing and motivating the team with proven results

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
