Restaurant Operations Manager
We are now recruiting for a Restaurant Operations Manager to support the restaurant management team in delivering their goals ensuring the right talent is in place and correct framework for them to succeed.
You will have a long term vision for understanding the capability of the restaurant commercials, being able to set plans and influence key stakeholders to support growth and change.
Leading commercial outputs to deliver on both budgets and business cases with a goal of delivering world class restaurant operations in line with business levels and trends across the industry.
You would also be creating mid and long-term strategic plans to drive revenues, expenses and contribution, using this to be able to set goals. You'll be analysing and interpreting sales figures and trends to make sound business decisions.
Setting the bench mark of what good looks like in all that we do across our operations and will ensure we push to achieve and exceed these targets daily through change management, leadership, being hands on and strong communication skills.
You will have experience in a high quality and volume hospitality environment where you've had senior level responsibility in an operations role for a demonstrable amount of time.
You have strong influencing skills and will come with a proven track record of driving change across management heads and senior level staff whilst maintaining and demonstrating the standards and values of the business, leading by example in all that you do.
A wide scope of understanding of commercials is also something you have strong experience of and you are able to communicate this data articulately back to key stakeholders whilst also being able to spot potential where additional revenue and profit opportunities lie.
You are a people person, enjoying the variety of working with multiple business areas and forging strong working relationships.
