We are a forward thinking company on the lookout for an inspiring experienced Supervisor to join our team. We will be expanding our brand over the next few years and want to speak to motivated players who will grow within our business on this exciting journey.
Job Purpose -
To assist our Management team in the overall operation of our take away and restaurant venue. Help train and develop our existing front of house team and ensure our "A Team culture". Offer fantastic service to our guest and guarantee a memorable dining experience. Support the management in running floor shifts and managing staff working schedules. Aim to develop on a personal and professional level and thrive to grow within our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a first class team player
- Take responsibility in assisting our Management team
- Lead food service shifts
- Train, develop and instil an “A star culture” throughout the front of house team
- Pay great attention to detail in all aspects of your guest’s journey
- Assist in achieving financial targets
- Help in controlling costs, ordering supplies, managing rota
- Maintain good communication between kitchen and restaurant
