Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example: Inspire and motivate our talented bartenders to deliver exceptional service and surpass guest expectations.
- Mixology Magic: Showcase your expert mixology skills and contribute to our ever-evolving cocktail menu, pushing the boundaries of taste and presentation.
- Impeccable Service: Ensure our guests are treated to an unforgettable experience by providing attentive, friendly, and personalised service.
- Inventory Management: Take charge of bar inventory, ordering, and stock control to maintain a well-stocked and efficient bar.
- Training & Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by training and mentoring new team members and keeping the staff up-to-date with the latest trends in mixology.
- Ambience Ambassador: Help create and maintain an inviting and stylish atmosphere that reflects our bar's unique personality.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a cocktail bar, with a flair for crafting innovative and visually stunning drinks.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits and wines, as well as a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
- Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and elevate the team's performance.
- Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring each drink is a masterpiece and every guest leaves with a smile.
