The Cliff Hotel & Spa are a 76 bedroom, full service hotel complete with a busy restaurant, bar and function facilities as well as a Spa. Our F & B provision has increased dramatically due to the recently extended Carreg Restaurant and newly built Point Bar & Lounge. As such we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Restaurant Manager to join our team.
The Restaurant Manager is expected to provide effective management of the F & B Department, which includes the Carreg Bar & Restaurant, Point Bar & Lounge and Functions. The Manager will need to ensure the provision of excellent service to our guests and be a strong leader to our team of F & B staff. An aptitude for the development and motivation of staff is essential.
The Restaurant Manager will work in conjunction with the General Managers, Duty Managers and Heads of Department in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the hotel. Previous experience in a Hotel environment is desirable.
This is a full time position, working 5 days a week, approximately 50 hours, annual salary in the region of £35,000, subject to experience. Accommodation options available.
