Restaurant Manager - Up to £27k – Subway, 103 Whiteladies Road, Bristol, BS8 2PB.

What will you be doing?
Our Restaurant Managers are at the heart of the operation and will lead their team to deliver exceptional service to our guests and ensure the Subway® brand is the first choice for those who want to enjoy quick and nutritious meals.
Main Responsibilities:
Recruit, train and retain an engaged restaurant team
Lead by example by role modelling great leadership behaviours and showcasing our company values
Effectively manage inventory (Stock) to ensure full availability whilst managing costs
Responsible for cash management, safety and security of the site
Accurately schedule the store team to meet business needs and manage labour costs within budget
Operate your restaurant to meet Subway® compliance standards and local body requirements
Be commercially aware to grow sales, manage costs and analyse KPI’s & financial results
Direct and undertake housekeeping activities such as maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
Delight our guest with fantastic customer service & respond to guest feedback
The Ideal Candidate
You may currently be working as a Catering Manager, Store Manager or Restaurant Manager – or maybe you’re an experienced Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager looking to progress your career. If you have management experience in a fast-paced retail environment, then we want to hear from you!
