Job description
Award winning progressive South East Asian restaurant is hiring for an assistant manager to join our brand new family in the opening of our flagship restaurant in Tower Bridge.

What will you do:
- Help Restaurant Manager & General Manager in their daily tasks
- Oversee lunch or dinner service as needed
- Supervise the training of the FOH team
- Cover for the General Manager or Restaurant Manager when on holiday
