WHO ARE THEY?
We are working with one of Manchesters’ HOTTEST new openings of 2023! This is a destination hotel and restaurant who are looking for a superstar Motel Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for keeping and developing the reputation of the cool restaurant as they creatively charge the site this year!!! With a focus on standards/ quality of food throughout the hotel and diner and with amazing service.
WHAT WILL YOU GET UP TO?
- Lead, control and supervise the FOH team.
- Set clear objectiveswith the Front Desk, Guest Services/Guest Experience and Housekeeping departments.
- Work closely with Reservations to assure and maximise occupancy rate and revenue.
- Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, training and scheduling of the FOH team
- Having regular reviews with the diner team and putting personal development plans in place
- Consistently delivering brand standards of service to guarantee the customer journey and manage our reputation.
- Managing team performance and reporting on KPI’s to enhance service standards
