Senior Restaurant Manager at Padella
We are on the lookout for an expert Senior Restaurant Manager to complete our ninja management team at Padella Borough Market.

Our ideal Padella Senior Restaurant Manger will need to have at least two years’ experience working in a similar role and wanting to take the lead in running the restaurant alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Assuming responsibility for FOH wait team development, training, H&S as well as assisting with financial management.
We are looking for someone who is a great leader and gets as excited as we do about food, wine, and beer. Someone who is ready to support, neuter and training an awesome team, to delight our lovely customers and interested in learning about how to run a business as a whole.
