Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team in one of L'ETO branches in central London. The Cafes are well known in the area of Chelsea and Kensington.
As Restaurant Manager you will leading and developing a top-performing team. You will manage the planning, organisation and supervision of the restaurant team.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be a talented individual with proven experience within a similar restaurant environment in a team leader role where quality food, coffee, drinks and ingredients are key priorities. An excellent and confident communicator, you will take a hands-on approach to your role and your team, with a focus on training and developing colleagues. Previous experience within a similar environment is highly desirable for this role.
This is a 50 hours/week contract.
