As Restaurant Manager you will be working in a high tempo and faced paced environment. You will be expected to have a strong product knowledge of food and beverage. Within the role you will deliver exceptional guest experiences, delivering Gino service standards, all of which you will be fully trained on in house to ensure our high standards are maintained. You will have a good understanding of our wide range of products which in turn will enable you to give the best experience to our guests and also help further your understanding of your role...
Responsibilities:
- - Co-ordinating and overseeing all reservations
- - Managing a team of reception hosts and leasing with other department Managers
- - Welcoming and greeting our guests
- - Working closing with the Sales and Events Manager on large parties and bespoke events
- - Delivering an amazing first impression to all guests
- - Overseeing the processing of deposits pre-orders for large party reservations
- - Ensuring great communication with the Management team for any specific guest requests or requirements
- - Updating the weekly booking and sales reports for the Operations team
- - Maximising any opportunity to grow sales
- - Analysing and responding to guest feedback
- - Creating functions sheets for any bespoke events
- - Leading & training of the reception the team
- - Daily communication with the kitchen team
- - Using the reservation system to its best ability
Essential Skills and Experience:
- - Knowledge and a passion for Italian food, beverage and culture
- - Guest focused leadership with a daily goal to exceed their expectations
- - Ability to demonstrate commercial control of important KPIs such as sales, GP and payroll
- - 2 years’ experience in a similar premium, fast paced bar and restaurant environment
- - Experience in training, developing and motivating the team with proven results
- - Strong leadership skills with an approachable style
- - Hands on approach, leading from the front

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £34,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
