FOR THIS ROLE
Have a strong skill set to operate Back Of House operations.
Confidently warrant staffing budgets and ensure that staffing levels are coherent to business needs.
Maintain high service standards & ensure guest satisfaction
Be trustworthy and have the ability to confidently open and close the site efficiently.
Maintain a high calibre of staff, and enhance all training and development alongside the companies training policy.
Have a general understanding of budgets and financial control.
Have great banter and serve with a smile. Our guests are paramount to the restaurants success, we never say no!
Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

- Wakefield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Supervising experience: 5 years (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 5 years (preferred)
- Bar management: 4 years (preferred)
- Hospitality: 6 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 4 years (preferred)
