Joining our Resourcing team will give you the opportunity to own the end to end recruitment process across a variety of areas within the Royal Surrey NHS Trust.
You will liaise directly with hiring managers, gain an insight into the skills they are looking for and help them write creative and compelling adverts.
You will work with hiring managers to successfully on board the right applicant for the role being advertised.
Supporting managers to create and publish adverts through our recruitment platform, is only a small part of this role. Once your applications have come in, you will arrange shortlisting, set up interviews, collate feedback and progress the successful candidate/s through the on - boarding process, adhering to Trust policies and procedures, national guidelines and legislation, keeping all parties informed and updated on progress and potential start dates.
In this open plan office you will be working at pace alongside your colleagues to effectively impact substantive recruitment at both the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust and our Community Hospitals.

You will be the name and face for processing the recruitment of staff from beginning to end. This will include advertising, arranging interviews, liaising with candidates, completing pre-employment checks, issuing contracts and arranging induction. Your great service focus and admin skills will make sure that every candidate gets a great welcome experience.
To assist managers with the recruitment of staff and provide advice and guidance to both managers and candidates. To provide a comprehensive, high quality recruitment administration service to all Managers, Trust staff and potential applicants. To support, develop and maintain E-Recruitment via NHS jobs, HR Payroll and ESR.
To act as a first point of contact to the general public interested in working for the Trust. To provide general recruitment support as required and work as part of the Human Resources team to provide an effective and efficient recruitment and staff support service.
