About The Role

The main purpose of the role is to provide effective recruitment administrative support to Operational Team.

Main Duties:

  • Use the OCS resourcing portal to manage applications
  • Pre-selecting candidates and shortlisting
  • Arranging assessments and interviews
  • Assisting managers with recruitment activities, posting jobs, interviews
  • Supporting the vetting team with documentation checks
  • Attending resourcing team meetings
  • Handling inquiries from applicants
  • Assisting at the Jobs Fair and recruitment events across The UK

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Experience in recruitment (preferably in Aviation sector)
  • Understanding basics of UK Employment Legislation and Right To Work in the UK
  • Proven strong administration skills
  • Sound knowledge of Windows based applications in MS Office
  • Problem solving skills
  • Be capable of multi-tasking
  • Have a high level of verbal and written English

This role is for 6 months at the moment.

Based at home, travel occasionally to Aviation sites, nationally.
