Job description
The main purpose of the role is to provide effective recruitment administrative support to Operational Team.
Main Duties:
- Use the OCS resourcing portal to manage applications
- Pre-selecting candidates and shortlisting
- Arranging assessments and interviews
- Assisting managers with recruitment activities, posting jobs, interviews
- Supporting the vetting team with documentation checks
- Attending resourcing team meetings
- Handling inquiries from applicants
- Assisting at the Jobs Fair and recruitment events across The UK
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Experience in recruitment (preferably in Aviation sector)
- Understanding basics of UK Employment Legislation and Right To Work in the UK
- Proven strong administration skills
- Sound knowledge of Windows based applications in MS Office
- Problem solving skills
- Be capable of multi-tasking
- Have a high level of verbal and written English
This role is for 6 months at the moment.
Based at home, travel occasionally to Aviation sites, nationally.
