Job Description
Team/Function Overview:
The Global Scheduling Team (“GST”) reports into the Internal Audit (IA) Chief Operating Office. At its core, GST is responsible for making sure audit engagements are staffed with the right people and at the right time.
Role / Position Overview:
You will be responsible for resource management within the IA function. You, in coordination with the IA Teams, will be responsible for making sure audit engagements are staffed with the right people and at the right time.
You will be a key member of the Resource Management team and works closely with key partners in Internal Audit to ensure the smooth running of IA scheduling/resourcing activities.
Development Value:
The scheduling Analyst liaisons with function team Business Managers and Audit Owners to deliver a schedule for the Audit delivery personnel to follow. These schedules help generate valuable insights into our resource utilization and capacity on an ongoing basis.
Knowledge/Experience:
- Relevant experience in a resource management, business planning and analysis role or similar role
- Proficient in negation and conflict management

- Proficient in negation and conflict management
