This is an exciting role to work as part of a wider Operations Planning team to deliver robust resource plans to the business. You will create weekly tactical resource plans as well as building seasonal rosters. You will manage the process of staff movements across the business and attend key stakeholder meetings to represent Resource Planning.

We are looking for analytical, data savvy, problem solvers who are forward thinking and always looking for a better way to do things.

Qualifications / experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective listener, empathetic to staff members concerns
  • Emotionally resilient and happy to work in a dynamic, ever changing environment
  • Personable, allowing people to feel at ease when approached for guidance
  • Able to prioritise activity through strong planning and organisation skills.
  • Ability to identify and share best practice knowledge
