About the role
This is an exciting role to work as part of a wider Operations Planning team to deliver robust resource plans to the business. You will create weekly tactical resource plans based on our flying schedule, build seasonal rosters for our frontline operational staff and manage the process of staff movements across the business. You will also serve as Subject Matter Expert and first point of call for roster-related queries, utilising your expertise when attending key stakeholder meetings as a representative for Resource Planning.
About you
Whilst this is not a HR role, you will be accountable for planning the right level of resource for operationally critical areas across the Heathrow Campus; for example our Customer Experience staff on check-in or our back-office functions in the Airport Resolution Centre, through to our Baggage and Loading teams on the ramp, to our Aircraft Movements teams, and many more.
The starting salary is £33,962 which moves up to £35,885 in line with performance.
