Working closely with senior leadership, you will own the deployment process end to end for this offering group and deliver reliable and accurate forecast data to the business.

Enterprise Technology & Performance practitioners help clients achieve maximum value from digital transformation investments in Finance, Supply Chain and IT operations by taking a holistic view of performance improvement including strategy, process design, technology enablement and operate services.

Connect to your career at Deloitte

Deloitte drives progress. Using our vast range of expertise, that covers audit, risk advisory, and consulting services across tax, legal, business, technology and corporate finance, we help our clients become leaders wherever they choose to compete. To do this, we invest in outstanding people. We build teams of future thinkers, with diverse talents and backgrounds, and empower them all to reach for and achieve more.

What brings us all together at Deloitte? It’s how we approach the thousands of decisions we make every day. How we behave, our beliefs and our attitudes. In other words: our values. Whatever we do, wherever we are in the world, we lead the way, serve with integrity, take care of each other, foster inclusion, and collaborate for measurable impact. These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.

Connect to your opportunity

The aim of the RM team is to maximise utilisation and drive profitability by efficiently managing practitioner time. This is achieved by developing a deep understanding of the practitioner team, and by using sound industry and technical knowledge, suggesting matches between individuals on sold or proposed client engagements, to ensure maximum commercial advantage.

We are a relationship and knowledge focussed team, valued for the time we take to understand the range of client project opportunities and understand our people, their unique skills, development needs, and ambitions. Each member of the team is expected to feel strong ownership for their group, while also working closely with the other members of the Resource Management Team. As a team we communicate regularly to remain in step with each other; providing a seamless experience for our people and delivering an unrivalled Resource Management service for the Consulting business.

We also work flexibly to ensure we closely align ourselves to the business and their requirements. You will gain the full support of the business unit you look after and will join the associated leadership team meetings. This will be augmented by support from the RMBP for ETP, as well as the overall head of RM for Consulting.
