Role : Childrens Residential Support Worker - Senior Residential Support Worker

Provision: 3 Bed EBD Home – Sutton Coldfield

3 Bed EBD Home - Acock Green

Brand new 4 bed EBD Home - Shirley

Gracebridge Care has two beautiful homes one located in Sutton Coldfield and the other in Acocks Green, with a brand new home in Shirley opening in the coming months. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals who are dedicated to strive for the best outcomes for our young people.

Incentives while working at Gracebridge Care,

- £500 for passing probation period,

- £100 no sick bonus for every 6 month period,

  • Birmingham, West Midlands: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

  • Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

  • Residential Childcare: 2 years (preferred)
  • Support Environment: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day shift (preferred)
  • Overnight shift (preferred)
  • Night shift (preferred)
