Residential Support Worker (RSW) – Average earnings of £25.0000 - £27.000 per annum depending upon qualifications, experience and inclusive of sleep-in allowance.

We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team as a Residential Support Worker (RSW) We are looking to strengthen our existing staff team with like-minded, ambitious individuals, who strive for the best outcomes for our young people.

You will be part of a team working with children aged between 11-18 years old, to provide a nurturing, positive and homely environment. Your focus will be on building positive relationships with the children in your care, meeting their needs, safeguarding them at all times, and working to the high standards we set out in our daily working practices.

We are particularly interested in hearing from experienced people who want to work in a child centred environment, where the wants and needs of the young people are your priority. Your main goal will be to consistently deliver excellent levels of care and support for the young people.

In return you will have the support of a strong team with many years’ experience of working in extremely challenging environments. Be supported to achieve an industry recognised Diploma level 4 qualification after successful probation period, and the freedom to innovate with a genuine young person first approach, all supported by a forward-thinking pro-active Manager and senior team.

We are looking for candidates who are: -

  • Able to work various shift patterns, including - evenings, bank holidays and weekends
  • Are over 21 years old
  • Emotionally resilient and passionate to achieve outstanding outcomes for your young people.

  • Support Environment: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
