Residential Security Officer
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of residential premises.
- Patrol assigned areas on foot to deter unauthorized entry and ensure the security of residents and property.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly and appropriately.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting residents with inquiries and addressing their concerns.
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
