Our client is a well-established full-service law firm with 5 offices throughout the Southeast region, including Kent and Berkshire, and the London West end. The Windsor practice seeks to appoint an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join the current team of three other qualified fee earners. This is a Succession Planning role taking over a retiring Partner, enabling you to pick up an existing caseload of work. The department provides a full residential property Conveyancing service. The ideal candidate will present with solid residential property experience and the appropriate qualification(s). The work will include: - Sales and Purchase - Leasehold and Freehold - Re-mortgaging - Transfer of equity - Shared-ownership, New Build and Auction Sales The ideal person for this position will be commercially aware, ambitious, driven, and adept at marketing and business development.
