Excellent opportunity for a Paralegal/Junior Fee Earner to join a successful Residential Conveyancing Department in the firm's Charminster Office.

This role is full-time and would suit an individual with previous Residential Conveyancing experience and knowledge of the process from instruction to completion. You will work under the supervision of an Associate Conveyancer but with the desire to progress and having your own caseload. You will have excellent attention to detail and great communication and organisational skills.

In the role you will be responsible for:

• Preparing contract packages for sale
• Dealing with all aspects of pre and post-completion conveyancing
• Preparing SDLT Returns and submission to HMRC
• Requesting online searches, completing various search forms
• Processing Land Registry applications
• Updating clients/Agents on transaction progress
• Assisting the fee earner
