OVERVIEW
Day Concierge - The Principal Tower- Central of London
The role of the Concierge is to provide a safe residential environment, the highest level of intuitive service, and customer care - combined with personalised communication/interaction with all stakeholders; all in line with the agreed service standards and procedures. Each resident is to be afforded with a unique service experience, and every request is to be completed promptly, decisively, and with grace – always adapting, continuously improving.
ROLE DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Consistently provide, for all stakeholders, a sincere, courteous, bespoke and prompt interaction (in person, via the PT Residents Portal, through telephony, and via applicable media channels). -
- Partaking in daily Front of House operations, ensuring quality-standards, and surpassing the expectations of all stakeholders.
- Maintaining continuous awareness of cultural, demographic and social differences which are needed to meet distinctive requests and responsibilities. -
- Anticipating stakeholder needs, including asking questions to better understand preferences – reading non-verbal communication cues, and acting on them, whenever possible.
- Continuously following up on requests, and reporting back; ensuring that stakeholder requests are processed, and expectations are always met, and when possible, surpassed.
- Establishing relationships with local attractions, restaurants and 3rd party service providers; in anticipation of adding value and enhancing resident experiences. - Instructing new starters – taking part in the induction process, ensuring that all concerns are communicated to the Operations Manager.
- Managing and maintaining a log of all post/packages/deliveries/collections to and from the building, communicating movement of relevant items to residents and management.
- Carrying out regular internal/external inspections and security checks; ensuring that all details are logged, and reported to the relevant parties.
- Recognise/respond appropriately to any situation which has the potential to jeopardise the safety, security and well-being of the organisation and all its stakeholders.
- Monitor and regulate all access to the property, administering/controlling right of entry for all suppliers, contractors and visitors.
- In the event of a genuine emergency and in the absence of the Senior Managers, take up the responsibility of Emergency Controller, as stipulated in the Emergency Plan.
- Conducting comprehensive and informative handovers with colleagues on the development ensuring a seamless service
