Job description
We are offering a flexi position of a zero hour/bank staff contract. Shifts are to cover staff sickness, annual leave plus additional staff pending on individuals needs. shifts range from 6-12 hours. There will be a statutory holiday entitlement on top of the rate of pay, this entitlement will differ depending on how many hours you work.
We are friendly team that support children in care to overcome their personal difficulties and develop Independent living skills for adulthood.
Experience is preferred but not necessary as training will be provided.
Looking for patient, responsible individuals with a positive attitude towards improving the lives of our children.
Parc Care provides support and guidance for up to 4 young people between 12-18yrs in the Swansea area.
Candidates must be over 25 and hold a full UK drivers license,
