M A C Travel Retail EMEA has an exciting opportunity to recruit a RESIDENT TRAINER for Heathrow Airport based in London.
This position is required to dedicate key time training the team on specific artistry techniques and MAC values and required to have a various mix of shifts that will suit the business needs for M A C.
Resident Trainer is required to have a various mix of shifts that will suit the business needs for the airport your based in.
50% of Resident Trainer’s time will be dedicated to M A C on Artist coaching and development and 50% of Resident Trainers time will be leading by example as a Retail Artist.
The Resident Trainer will be responsible for ensuring accounts exceed their sales targets through working on the counters and leading by example to ensure excellence in product knowledge, make up artistry and customer service, whilst maintaining all hygiene standards.
The Resident Trainer will, as and when requested, assist any M A C core trainings and workshop trainings as well as participate at retail and special events as necessary.
Qualifications
Candidates must be fully trained in makeup with retail experience in M A C and preferably airport retail experience.
If previously been a M A C Retail Artist, they must have been successful in completing the first four Retail Certification skills of:
- Verbal Skill Certification (TR ONLY)
- MU 10 Certification
- MU Application 20 Certification
- False Lash Application
Travel Retail is a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, candidates should have a positive, flexible, hands-on and committed approach.
