Job Description
- Handling all incoming customer queries and questions through phone and scene.
- Handling Frequent Flyer Programme issues.
- Responding to customer complaints in an efficient and professional manner.
- Providing quotations and checking product availability.
- Handling payment transactions, issuing tickets and refund queries.
- Daily/Monthly reports.
- Adhering to a company’s policies and procedures when interacting with customers
- Staying up to date regarding a company’s products, services and policies by attending training sessions
Essential
- Excellent verbal communication skills to clearly share and relay information.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure that customers receive satisfactory and reasonable service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to correctly identify issues and determine the most effective solutions.
- Stamina to handle high volumes of calls and consistently provide excellent service.
- The ability to remain calm and polite when dealing with complaints or challenging clients.
Desirable
- Previous travel agency / airline background experience.

Reservations and ticketing training will be given.
