We are a family run holiday park looking for a Reservations Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and have the ability to work under pressure. Your primary role will be to deal with all aspects of customer bookings, ranging from online bookings to phone enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to all customer enquiries and bookings via phone, email, or online.
- Process all bookings, ensuring all personal details are accurate.
- Upsell activities and services to customers.
- Provide customers with detailed information about the holiday park and the local area.
- Ensure all bookings are correctly recorded in the system.
- Manage cancellation and amendment requests.
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience of working in a customer service environment.
- Good IT skills, with experience of using online booking systems.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service.
