The Q Hotels Collection is made up of 21 four-star hotels and resorts across the UK, our hotels are proudly individual and operate under a number of international brands including Marriott Delta and Double Tree by Hilton!
Our portfolio has seen fantastic growth in customer demand in the last 18 months and therefore, we are now expanding our Contact Centre Reservations Team!
It’s a Full Time, permanent position, working 37.5 hrs per week over 5 days, we need flexibility on shifts, between our opening hours of 8am -6pm Monday to Friday and 10am-4pm on weekends. You will work every other weekend and get 2 days off together mid-week.
The role is office-based.
Our office is based in Morley, Leeds LS27 and we have free parking on-site. We are close proximity to the M62 and M621 so easy access to Leeds, Wakefield and Bradford
Our salary is £19,500 (£10 per hour) – Overtime available!
The role is crucial to the success of the business, you are the front line of The Q Hotels Collection, the ultimate Brand Ambassador and we are a very important customer booking channel!
It’s an in-bound contact centre, so no cold calling the call comes to you! We are lively and upbeat, we are sales orientated, we want to convert bookings for customers, upsell where applicable but most importantly, create sales through fantastic customer service, creating true advocates!
You’ll book Golf, you’ll book Spa, you’ll book bedrooms or all of the above, we cater for Lesiure and Corporate guests and families, couples and friends!
